COVID-19 in the Czech Republic

The pandemic Covid 19 in Prague and in the Czech republic

The country has been confined several times, more or less strictly. Bars, restaurants, shops and services have long been closed to the public and above all the country's borders have been closed to tourism.

Fortunately, this is no longer the case since April 2022, when the last restrictions related to the pandemic were lifted, and everything has returned to normal. Wearing respirators or masks is no longer mandatory in the Czech Republic. However, it is recommended to use them in case of respiratory illnesses or if your health condition requires it. Some healthcare facilities require entry only with a respirator.
