Hard Rock Café

The only restaurant where rock bands play – or rather the only club where you can enjoy great food as you listen to classic rock. The Hard Rock Cafe chain has been in business since 1971, when it was founded in London, and owns hundreds of branches around the world. As elsewhere, you can enjoy rock music memorabilia at the Prague restaurant. The walls are covered with display cases containing clothes worn by musicians, as well as guitars and other objects belonging to classic rock stars. These items were bought at auctions or donated by the musicians themselves, and make the Hard Rock experience special.

You’ll find a similar menu (specialising in seasonally changing burger dishes) at branches worldwide and music (classic rock throughout the day, on screen and through speakers, sometimes live). If you want an American experience in the centre of Prague, Hard Rock Cafe is for you. The venue welcomes tourists, and although there is plenty of space, we strongly recommend booking.

Although the décor is inspired by international rock, a Czech glassworks produced the chandelier, in the form of a huge glass guitar and the only glass feature of its kind anywhere in the world.
