Koh-i-noor is a Czech brand selling art supplies and dates back to 1790, when it was established in Vienna. Since 1848, it has been based in the South Bohemian city of České Budějovice.
Koh-i-noor art supplies have received countless awards and recognition in cities around the world, such as New York, Paris, London, and Milan.
At the store you’ll find pencils with a wide range of colours and tones, as well as watercolour paints, paintbrushes and many other items.
Under communism, Koh-i-noor was the only pencil producer in the Czech Republic. After the Velvet Revolution of 1989, however, foreign manufacturers flooded the country, and Czech company Koh-i-noor started to be forgotten. Today, however, the brand is back, enjoying a new lease of life thanks to the quality of its products.
In 2008, the company expanded east to China, to the great pleasure of Chinese fans who had fallen in love with the Koh-i-noor brand.
