Main description
On foot, by tram and by boat, discover all the treasures of Prague and Czech culture in one day with our guided tour of Prague in English.
The tour begins with a comfortable transfer directly from your hotel and takes you to discover the main monuments and sights of Prague’s historic centre: the Castle District with St. Vitus Cathedral, the picturesque, Baroque Lesser Town (“Malá Strana” in Czech), the famous medieval Charles Bridge, the New Town with the Wenceslas Square, the narrow streets and passageways of the Old Town and its astonishing astronomical clock and the Jewish heritage of Josefov.
During the tour, we’ll tell you about the golden age of Bohemia under Emperor Charles IV, the alchemists of Rudolf II, life under Communism, the Prague Spring, the euphoria of the Velvet Revolution, Cubism and beer, the value of which you can appreciate over a convivial lunch with your guide. After lunch we take a ride on a classic Prague tram. At the end of the tour, we relax on a pleasant 50-minute river cruise during which refreshments are served.
